One address, answered by the people who run the machines. We are a small team, so support is best effort. Most emails get a reply within a day, and server-down issues come first.
What to include
- Server name. The name you gave your server at checkout. It is shown in your panel.
- Game and version. Minecraft or Garry's Mod, plus the version or modpack if relevant.
- What happened. What you were doing, what you expected, what you saw instead. A rough time helps us check logs.
